Learn to sail on the warm waters of the Lake Worth Lagoon in West Palm Beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Our fully bilingual (English & Spanish), former Olympic Sailor, U.S. Sailing Certified Level 2 Instructor/Coach will take you from beginner to confident sailor in either individual or group lessons.

Coaching is also for all levels of sailing skills. Pricing will be determined after consultation.

 

Brief Description of the Adult Lesson Program

BY THE LESSON

For the beginner, the 3-hour lesson is an introduction to sailing intended to ‘get your feet wet’ and give you an idea of the fun of this life-long sport that we promote.

For those who have sailed before, the 3-hour lesson will help you and the instructor determine your level of ability and whether you need further instruction to meet your goals.

BASIC COURSE

The 12-hour course (4 lessons at 3 hours each) is an entry level learn-to-sail format with hands-on sailing as well as chalk talks and theory lessons.

Students will practice the skills prescribed, and the course may culminate in certification IF THE STUDENT MEETS PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS.
